Helping people may be something you truly enjoy. If so, you can work in a variety of rewarding fields where you see how much of a difference you make. With hands on skills you learn you can work in a variety of settings such as hospitals, shelters, rehab centers and alcohol drug treatment clinics.
As a graduate of Mountain State College's Dependency Disorders Technology program you will be technically proficient in dealing with the problems of addiction in a variety of settings and function under the supervision of a health care professional.
Look deep within yourself and decide if you have the strength to be part of such a challenging career.
Making it work
Mountain State College maintains a Career Services Office. The Director of Career Services assists all students in their job search.
Classes start soon and
class sizes are limited. Financial Aid (grants,
loans and work-study) are available to qualified
students. The College also assists with
many part-time employment opportunities.
